How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you place your order by mail, you may also pay by check or money order. We will process orders paid by check as soon as funds have been verified.

Is my credit card purchase safe?
Yes. All account information you submit to us is encrypted using 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and protected from unauthorized Internet access.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to orders shipped to addresses within California.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Standard shipping and handling is $7.95 for a single item and $2.95 for each additional item shipped to the same address. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must be placed by phone so we can give you the lowest rate. Delivery will be 1-3 business days in the Western US and 3-7 business days elsewhere. We offer 2-day air shipping for $19.95. Each additional item is $2.95. If you place your order online or by phone, the shipping and handling cost will be calculated for you prior to checking out. For fax and mail orders, the shipping and handling charges will be indicated on our order form.

When will my order be shipped?
We will usually ship your merchandise within 1 business day of receiving your order. But it will always be within 3 business days.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

How do I download forms?
Whether you purchased your product in a store or online or received it as a gift, you'll need to register in order to downlad free replacement forms. To register your product Click Here Please have the "How to Use" page of your product handy. You'll need the temporary user name and password from this page to complete the registration process. Once you've registered your product, you may download forms as often as you like. Simply go to the Account Login page and enter your email address and password. You will see a link to download forms.
