1. Captio Tech S. L., registered at Passeig de Gràcia 120, 4º 1ª, Barcelona (08008), with Company Tax ID Code B-65077414, the owner of the Captio brand, together with GESTIÓ I SERVEIS TRADE CENTER S.A., registered at WTC Barcelona, Moll de Barcelona s/n, Edifici Est, 1a planta, 08039, Barcelona, with Company Tax ID Code A61710687, are organising and announcing this free prize draw with no obligation to purchase (hereinafter, the prize draw) in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
2. The prizes will be two (2) double passes for the VIP areas at the El Prat airport in Barcelona, provided by GESTIÓ I SERVEIS TRADE CENTER S.A. Said passes will be valid for one year.
3. The prize draw opens on 10 October 2016 and the deadline for entering is 24 October 2016. The prize will be drawn on 28 October 2016.
4. Anyone who fills in the contest entry form will enter the prize draw. At the end of said form, contestants will be required to state their name and email address, and to accept the terms and conditions.
5. Contestants must be of legal age. Only one entry will be allowed per person. Anyone who fails to comply with these terms and conditions will be excluded from the prize draw.
6. The prize will be drawn using the prize draw generator application Al Azar.The prizes will be sent in the manner deemed most suitable by Captio Tech and Premium Traveller.
7. After the draw, the winners will be contacted by email to inform them that they have won and to ask them to accept the prize and provide an address where it can be sent. If a winner should fail to provide Captio Tech with their acceptance prior to 4 November or cannot be contacted (for any reason not attributable to Captio Tech) the persons on the reserve list will be contacted in the order they were drawn. If the reserve list is exhausted without Captio Tech having managed to award the tickets, the prize will be declared void. The winner authorises the organisers to obtain, publish and publicly disclose their name and any images that may be taken of them.
8. The mere act of entering the prize draw does not entail full acceptance of these terms and conditions.Captio Tech reserves the right to fully or partially alter the terms and conditions of this prize draw at any point.Captio Tech also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or declare the prize to be void in the event of any irregularities.In the event that any alterations are made, contestants will be informed via the website www.captio.com.
9. The organisers reserve the right exclude from the prize draw any contestants deemed to be in breach of any of the participation terms and conditions set out herein. When a contestant is excluded, regardless of the reason, he or she shall lose all rights arising from this contest. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these terms and conditions shall give rise to the contestant’s disqualification from the contest. By way of example, abuse or fraud is deemed to be committed, inter alia, when a contestant registers on the website using a fake identity or that of a third party without said party's consent, or attempts to enter the contest more than once. The organisers may not be held liable for any mistakes in the data provided by the winners that prevents them being identified.

It is hereby stated that the data provided on the contest participation form will be included and processed in the files owned by Captio Tech and GESTIÓ I SERVEIS TRADE CENTER S.A. for the purpose of dealing with their requests and keeping them informed on products and services, including by email, in accordance with Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection.
